After lunch taste the local liquors and relax in the garden.
The daily rate is Euro 135,00 per person and includes lunch with oil tasting, wine tasting, champagne tasting, all cooking equipment as apron, hat, recipes, little gift from Velia.

Usually the meal is composed by two starters, 1 home made pasta, 1 dried pasta with many different sauces, 1 maincourse with side dishes, dessert plus cookies and little chocolate pralines but I changed following my client's suggestions/ bread and pizza lessons are always included in the rate.
We create a personalized menu for each group or person so I have to know if you eat everything or someone has allergies or needs to eat gluten free.
